Recap of 2013 Annual Meeting

The 2013 Annual meeting was held at Bethany Methodist church and we had an excellent turnout with over 35 people in attendance.

President of the Estates of Brentwood Homeowners Association Patrick O’Rourke reviewed 2012 activities including updates on the front entrance damage and repairs, our park and greenbelt area projects as well as information about looking for volunteers for the Social committee and Architectural Control committees. Pat introduced Chris Jones who reviewed the new website and then took questions from those in attendance.
The meeting ended with a review of the 2012 financials followed by the proposed 2013 budget.
